- Added two explanatory paragraphs to the job posting: one emphasizing that leads count and pay from day 1 (no quota floor on earnings), and one clarifying that advancement happens on merit/criteria, not calendar schedule. Also added mb-4/mb-6 spacing to adjacent elements.
- Why
- Improve conversion of qualified candidates reading the job posting by being transparent about earning upside from day 1 and removing ambiguity about advancement timelines.
