Purpose
Interactive electricity infrastructure atlas for Mexico's national grid (SEN), displaying plants, distributed generation, transmission lines, private generation, and region polygons as a rich self-contained HTML page.
Goal
Add layers, data, and UI polish to the Mexico energy atlas: DG panel with charts, 2025 data, plant COD years, transmission and private-generation layers, and geo fixes.
Sub-goals
  • SG-1: Re-geocode plant coordinates and fix misassigned region polygons
  • SG-2: DG panel with metrics, cumulative/annual view, size-band focus, region evolution charts
  • SG-3: Add 2025 distributed-generation data (CNE 2S-2025)
  • SG-4: Plant size filter (range + segmented presets)
  • SG-5: Backfill COD years + construction/planning projects layer
  • SG-6: Planned-transmission layer (Plan SEN 2025-2030)
  • SG-7: Private-generation layer (planeación vinculante, 1ª conv.)
  • SG-8: Fix dg_by_size metadata coverage label (this commit)

What
Updated meta.coverage in dg_by_size.json from '2018–2024 annual' to '2018–2025 annual'. The 2025 data was already present (added in a prior commit); the coverage string was not updated at the same time.
Why
Metadata consistency — the coverage label must reflect the actual year range in the data array so charts and tooltips describing the dataset are accurate.
